Our Big Statement is:-

'Fast or slow, high and low'

 

 

We will be starting the term exploring the season of Spring, listening to the fable of the ‘Hare and the Tortoise’, predicting the results of ‘The Animals’ Sport Day’ and investigating the life cycle of frogs.

Then we will be moving on to asking the questions ‘How high can I jump? How fast can I run? We will be exploring different types of sport, different ways of moving and how to keep fit and healthy.

Our big statement is ’Once upon a Time …’

 

We will be focusing primarily on the Languages, Literacy and Communication Area of Learning and that literature fires imagination and inspires creativity. We aim to              develop a love of stories and reading with the children. This involves learning,                retelling and acting out familiar and traditional tales including ‘The Three Little Pigs’.
